Raw wildflower honey from one apiary, strained rather than filtered so the pollen stays in, which is also why it sets soft after a few months in a cold kitchen. Stand the jar in warm water to bring it back.

Floral, slightly thick honey that crystallises slowly. Stirring it into hot lemon water is my winter ritual now.

You can taste that it is raw and unfiltered. A jar this size lasts us about two months.
